TCMP is currently seeking a Physician Recruiter for its Corporate Office in Springfield, VA. This is a FULL-TIME position offering great pay and benefits! RESPONSIBILITIES: The ideal candidate for this position will provide full-life cycle recruiting in sourcing, identifying, screening and interviewing Physician candidates for various open positions nationwide. The candidate must be familiar and comfortable with working in a high-volume recruiting environment and possess strong organizational skills in order to prioritize a large number of open requisitions, juggle many responsibilities, manage a variety of Physician candidates and take initiative to identify new and better ways to do business. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in a business-related or human resource field is required. Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced professional environment dealing primarily in healthcare. 2 years experience recruiting Physicians. Experience in commercial and Federal government contracting is highly desired. Demonstrated Internet search and research skills. Must have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Must be highly organized and demonstrate ability to effectively multi-task. In addition, the candidate must have excellent relationship management skills, ability to fill high-priority positions and support multiple clients.
