Work schedule is Monday through Friday with some scheduled night work and weekends required, and 24 hour emergency on call availability.  JOB DESCRIPTION/DETAILS OF DUTIES: Assist with technical engineering designs and recommendations to the evolution of Network traffic, gateways, and back office applications. Assist in domestic and international roaming processes including testing and verifications, and inter-system operability. Produce monthly reports and logs for management team; Investigate, resolve and track trouble tickets. Evaluate and provide recommendations on new switch infrastructure vendors and platforms. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the other personnel on all network element, transmission, signaling and switch issues. Monitor cell site statistics and system performance daily; Answer and respond to cell site alarms and calls from NOC. Some scheduled night work required; 24 hour emergency on call availability. JOB REQUIREMENTS: QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in the field of Information Technology Cisco VOIP certified Extensive experience with Cisco VOIP, DMVPN, Routing & Switching Experience in providing highly technical and specialized solutions to complex information technology problems Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills Demonstrate ability to work independently or as a member of a team  In exchange for your dedication and expertise, we are proud to offer you a cohesive team environment along with a competitive salary and benefits.
